  • "My Shepherd will Supply My Need" (for vowels, intonation, and blend)

• Work:

  • "Exceedingly Wise"—for beginning, ending and repeated rhythmic sections.  We will also review the main themes for each section (ants - tenors, rabbits-altos, locusts-basses, and spiders-sopranos)

  • "God Bless' the Child"—final verse (page 9 to the end)

  • "Battle" (movement from Battle Cry) in sectionals—measure 43 – end

    • To redo page numbers:  "The Battle"—page 9, The Man—page 19, Drummer—page 22, A Wife—page 28, Coda—page 35

• Introduce:Siehe

  • " wie fein und lieblich" (new choral sections—and redo page numbers)

    • I will explain solo distributions

    • To redo page numbers:  Section II starts on page 16.  Section III starts on page 24.

  • "Time Stands Still" (we will read it through)

  • "Impossible Distances" (if time allows, we will touch main thematic ideas—if not we will do it the following week)
